Scheduling

With FacilityBot, scheduling tasks for your field service technicians (Responders) could not be easier. Simply drag and drop Requests or Checklists ("Tasks") onto the calendar of the Responder, move the task to another time to reschedule, or move the task to another Responder to reassign.

Once scheduled, technicians will know which sites they need to attend to and be able to complete the Requests or Checklists ("Tasks") using the FacilityBot mobile app. Admins and managers will be able to see task completion in real-time as technicians complete them.
