Automate Alerts and Assignments
FacilityBot aims to avoid manual intervention where possible and to reduce the co-ordination work of the fault report centre. Requests can be automatically assigned and relevant people alerted through Email and SMS based on request attributes.
Automate Reminders, Re-Assignments and Escalations
Workflows can be configured to handle requests that have not been dealt with. Reminders can be sent to the persons originally assigned, or these request can be automatically re-assigned or escalated to other personnel after a specified period of time.
