Create broadcast "campaigns"
FacilityBot allows the broadcasts to different user segments, including defining custom groups of building users as "campaigns". In all cases, broadcasts will be sent through the same channels that the building user used to first communicate with FacilityBot. Keep communicating with building users using a single channel to achieve the best view rates.
