Asset QR Code Scanning

The FacilityBot Mobile App allows linking of assets to fault reports and requests by scanning of the asset QR code. This allows technicians to accurately identify the asset they are attending to. Sometimes, this can be used as evidence of technicians arriving at the location of the fault.

The Asset QR Code can also be used as a quick way to identify the Asset in question to view it's maintenance history. Simply use the Facility Mobile App to scan the Asset QR Code.
