Easily create new sites and specify GPS coordinates
FacilityBot's Attendance feature allows you to easily create new sites at which you would like to track Responder check-ins and check-outs. Simply enter the GPS coordinates of the site and the radius around which check-ins are valid.
Responders check-in and check-out using their mobile app
Once sites are configured, Responders can check in and check out easily using the FacilityBot mobile app. Responders can also be required to capture an image at the point of check-in. FacilityBot automatically tracks and collates data for all check-ins and check-outs.
Attendance-only accounts
These accounts are limited to only the Attendance feature. Such limited accounts are suitable for responders such as cleaners who need to use FacilityBot only to mark attendance.
