Payments

FacilityBot is integrated to Stripe. Simply create a Stripe account and set it up with your bank account details, then link that account to FacilityBot. You will then be able to collect payments from your requestors or tenants directly via credit card or PayNow (for Singapore). Please note there will be fees imposed by Stripe.

Once linked to Stripe, you can collect payments from Requestors / Tenants using FacilityBot's Service Request feature by configuring service request forms to include Payments. Facility Managers can then collect Payments for services such as carpark fees, extending air conditioning hours and events set up
